1. Eligibility for Refunds - PRE-TGE Purchases

Customers may request a refund within seven (07) days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting:

  • Payment gateway fees
  • Applicable taxes
  • Any availed discounts

Note: Any additional offers or token rewards allocated to the customer will be forfeited.

2. Refund Process
