2. Who Can Order
You must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to enter into a contract to place a pre-order.
3. Pre-Orders & Payments

What is a Pre-Order?

You're reserving a charger currently being manufactured. We'll send regular updates and estimated delivery timelines. Our aim is to get you the device in record time within a quarter!

Payments

  • Denominated in USD
  • All pre-orders are priced in United States Dollars (USD) for global convenience
  • Additional taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply depending on your country
  • Secure payments are handled via trusted providers like Spherepay
4. Global Delivery

Shipping Worldwide

We ship globally, wherever we're legally and logistically able to. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we'll reach out via email to arrange the best shipping method and fees based on your location.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery dates will be shared via email. Timelines can shift due to manufacturing or customs — we'll keep you in the loop.

Ownership & Risk

Once your charger is delivered, it's yours, and you take on all associated risk. You will have necessary instructions for the installation process.

5. Refunds & Returns

Before Shipping

You can cancel your pre-order anytime before shipment and get a full refund — just email us at [email protected]

On Arrival

If your charger doesn't boot up or is damaged upon arrival, let us know within 7 days and we'll replace it or issue a refund (at our discretion).

Return Limitations

  • No returns for change of mind
  • Restocking fee of $100 USD applies for approved non-faulty returns
6. Warranty & Support

12-Month Limited Warranty

We cover manufacturing defects for 12 months after delivery.

  • Warranty is limited to hardware only
  • Excludes damage caused by misuse, tampering, or improper installation

Limited Liability

We do not cover accidental or external damage. In exceptional cases, we may provide a one-time replacement, at our sole discretion.

7. Legal Notes

Limited Liability

We're not liable for indirect losses, customs issues, or delays beyond our control. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.

Data & Privacy

Your personal data is protected under Singapore's PDPA. We only use your data to fulfill your order and provide support.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be handled by Singapore courts.
